Snow Drops

Looking for an easy and delicious Christmas cookie recipe? Look no further than Snow Drops. Soft, buttery and delicious. They melt in your mouth.

Snow Drops

1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar (sifted if lumpy)
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 1/4 cups flour
Confectioners sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly. Work in flour with hands. Chill dough. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheets until set--not brown--for about 10-12 minutes. Let stand for an hour to dry. Then roll in confectioners sugar.

Makes 40 cookies.

Snicker Cookies

OK, so I was tired of making the traditional Christmas cookies, so I went on the Internet to search for the most yummy and gooey cookie recipe I could find and I believe I have found it. Of course, the real test will come tonight when I bring these gems to the family Christmas gathering.

The best part of this recipe.. so easy to make! I ended up adding some water to make the dough easier to work with. If you love Snickers candy bar, then you will love these cookies. Here's the recipe!

Snicker Cookies

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. milk
24 miniature snickers

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter and peanut butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat in honey and milk until well combined. Mold roughly 1 tablespoon of dough around candy. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
